GAMEPLAY:

Knights of Honor is played on a large scale in many countries of the world, especially in the chart of Europe. The chart is divided into parcels of land called businesses. Each fiefdom is governed by a megacity and contains several” Pastoral Areas”: municipalities, granges, cloisters, and seacoast municipalities. These pastoral areas can not be altered and are placed aimlessly across the chart before each game. The megacity still has room for several structures which can give lagniappes to the pastoral areas or the megacity itself, similar to further piety in the cloisters when a church is erected or an advanced income from the municipalities when a request is present in the megacity.

Other structures are demanded to retain certain units ( similar to a swordsmith for the brand- applying units or a fletcher for arc-applying units) or defend the megacity similar to walls and halls. A megacity only has limited room for structures. Therefore, not all structures can be erected in a megacity, and the player must precisely consider what to make for a particular megacity.
